1.) All prices on this site are starting costs. The price varies due to the detail and complexity of each piece. An actual price will be given in reply to the commission form. 2.) Payment is taken up front, at the time of commissioning. Commissions $100 or greater can be taken in half payments; the first half on commissioning and the second half on the baking of the commission before painting starts. Payment plans on larger peices can be discussed. 3.) Average turn around times are posted on the commission page. Please take note of these times when planning your commissions, though rush orders are often available. A turn around time will be given with your price. 4.) Rush orders are taken throughout the year for a fee. Please take shipping times into account! Rush fee is 50% of total on top of sculpture price. 5.) Deadlines are fine, just be clear about when you need it by and where it will be shipped to. Please take into account shipping times! 6.) Approvals or progress photos are sent throughout the sculpting and painting process. Small items will generally get two sets of approvals, one before baking and one after painting to make sure everything is correct. Large pieces will recieve a few more approvals. There are no sketches in the commission proccess. 7.) Three revisions come with each commission and must be reasonable - not changing subjects, entire pose, etc. Please remember that revisions are not add-ons, they are corrections. If you want something specific please be very specific in the form. 8.) Email me with any questions you might have about your commission but please keep it reasonable and give me a few business days to respond. If we are nearing the turn around time or deadline and you have not heard from me, please feel free to ask about your commission status. Sometimes emails get lost, mix ups, or hiccups happen. But I do want to make sure your commission gets to you on time! 9.) Refunds are available on a case by case basis. Unprofessional actions will result in automatic refund. If the commission has been started 20% will be kept to cover the costs. If it has been baked cancellation can no longer be made. 10.) Shipping is included in the price given in reply to the commission form. Insurance is suggested and available for all shipments for an additional $2USD. Shipping address will be verified with final approval to make sure it is the most recent and accurate. 11.) The commission queue is not for public viewing due to the majority of them being gifts. Please note the turn around times you are given!
